Refund policy

At Shilpkriti Stone Art, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are handcrafted and made from natural stone, slight variations in texture, color, and finish may occur.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a major manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
• The product must remain unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Minor variations in stone texture, color, or finish

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Replacement or refund will be initiated.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines may vary between 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake or damaged delivery, return shipping may be covered by us.
• In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
